As an executive coach and trusted advisor, Inna Post, Ph.D., brings over 20 years of experience to her practice to help her clients grow both personally and professionally.
She offers client-specific, evidence-based, and empirically-supported coaching to guide her clients through the challenges and opportunities that come with a successful, fulfilling career.
Prior to founding Inna Post & Associates, Inna served in a number of consulting and supervisory roles at psychology practice groups. Inna helped grow these practices by training therapists, interns, and supporting personnel to instill a coaching culture in the fiber of the organizations.
Inna is also an entrepreneur who built a successful real estate business in the highly competitive New York City market. Over the course of her career in real estate, Inna worked with high-net-worth domestic and international clients on complex asset repositioning transactions.
She has coached developers and investors on property acquisition negotiations and multi-party conflict resolution, as well as re-location adjustment and stress management.
Combining decades of experience in building successful businesses and expertise in cognitive-behavioral science, Inna offers small businesses and financial institutions the tools they need to achieve their goals. Inna’s unique skill set elucidates where her clients want to go and how to help them get there.
Inna received her education and training from New York University (B.A., Psychology), the New School for Social Research (M.A., Psychology and Ph.D., Psychology), and Columbia University, Teachers College (Executive and Leadership Coaching Certification). Inna is fluent in English and Russian and engages clients in both languages.
