About us

Mind Connections is about high quality multilingual psychological services to help our clients in New York, California, Florida, Vermont, New Jersey, and internationally. Our therapists NYC speak Chinese Mandarin, Cantonese, Korean, Spanish, Russian, as well as English to help our clients to reach their treatment goals most effectively.

We provide both in-person therapy in our Manhattan offices and online therapy or telehealth sessions. We implement evidence-based therapy approaches such as CBT, DBT, ACT, mindfulness, and psychodynamic strategies in an effort to best meet clients’ unique needs. With a great understanding of Asian culture, we specialize in working with Asians and Asian Americans to address their identity, family relationship, and other concerns unique to this group.

Besides individual therapy, we have specialty training in couples and family counseling, such as pre-marital counseling, issues related to divorce, co-parenting, and other marital and relationship concerns.

We are dedicated to assisting clients in the LGBTQ+ community, international students, and other underserved minority groups. Our multilingual psychological services cater to people from diverse backgrounds. Learn more about our services here.
