My Approach to Therapy

Rather than using a one-size-fits-all method, I tailor our work to you. We will explore your thoughts, your emotional patterns, and the relationships that matter to you. In our sessions, we create space to explore your questions and uncertainty together. You do not need to have the answers right now. We will work as a team to find them as we go.

About Me

I am currently completing my Master’s degree in Mental Health Counseling at Fordham University. Through my clinical training, I have learned to help individuals navigate anxiety, depression, identity questions, stress, and struggles in life, at school, and at work. As a Mandarin-speaking psychotherapist, I am able to offer therapy in both English and Mandarin, meeting you in the language where you feel most at home.

My own journey as an international student has shaped the way I work. I understand what it feels like to live between two cultures, to carry different expectations from family and society, and to search for personal meaning in the midst of it all. Together, we work toward clarity, grounding, and a sense of peace, wherever you are in your journey.

我目前在福特汉姆大学攻读心理健康咨询硕士学位。在临床训练中,我学会了如何帮助人们应对焦虑、抑郁、身份困惑和生活、工作、学习中的难题。作为一名说普通话的心理治疗师,我可以用英文或中文与你交谈,用你最自在的语言,陪你走这段路。

我自己的留学生经历,塑造了我今天的工作方式。我理解那种生活在两种文化之间的感觉,理解背负家庭和社会期待的压力,也理解在这一切之中寻找自我意义的挣扎。无论你处于人生的哪个阶段,我都会陪伴你,一起寻找清晰的方向、内心的稳定,以及真正的平静。
